Job Description
Introduction
As a large multinational group of companies with more than 4500 employees, we cater for a broad product range and cover a vast geographical area on the African continent.
We are looking for a legal professional eager to broaden their expertise beyond litigation. The Legal Advisor will play a crucial role in our legal department, managing a variety of responsibilities with the potential to grow into more complex functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing pre-litigation debt collection processes
- Managing debt collection assignments with external attorneys
- Drafting and reviewing standard agreements
- Reviewing and approving external standard agreements
- LLB degree
- Admission as an attorney
- Minimum 3 years of post-admission litigation experience
