Position: Legal Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Legal Administrator will be responsible for supporting our legal team in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence
- Maintain and update client files and legal databases
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the legal team
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate team members
- Conduct legal research and compile information for cases
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and take meeting minutes
- Manage billing and invoicing processes
- Assist with the organization and coordination of legal events and conferences
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the legal team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal administrative role
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software programs
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
