What You'll Do
As a Legal Administrator, you'll be the backbone of the Legal team -- ensuring all documentation, processes, and systems are accurate, up to date, and compliant.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to the Legal team, including managing documentation and follow-ups.
Maintaining an efficient filing system (digital and physical) for contracts, NDAs, leases, and service provider agreements.
Assisting with the preparation, review, and finalisation of basic legal agreements.
Managing and updating legal schedules (NDA, Lease, Agent, and Service Provider records).
Coordinating meetings, communications, and legal correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting the Legal Counsel with audits, research, and reporting.
Staying informed on developments in the legal and regulatory environment.
What You'll Bring
Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
LLB degree or currently studying toward one (Essential)
2+ years of administrative experience (Essential)
Experience in a commercial legal environment (Desirable)
Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite) and excellent typing skills
Attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to multitask under pressure
