Job Description


Our client in the Legal industry is currently looking for a Legal Admin Assistant, in Stellenbosch.

  • Assist with setup of trusts and trust accounts.
  • Attending to payment requests.
  • Liaise with the Masters office as required.
  • Maintain Trust database.
  • Opening new files.
  • Ensure hard copies and electronic filing is in order.
  • Liaising with Tax Advisors.
  • Assist the Fiduciary Specialist/Director as required.
  • Attend to general administrative and stand-in reception duties.
Requirements:
  • To start as soon as possible.
  • Minimum 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a Secretary/Paralegal/Legal Admin Assistant within a Legal practice or related industry.
  • Experience with trust and commercial law will be an advantage.
  • FAIS and FICA compliance.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills and able to competently work on excel and word.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Must be a fast learner and understand the process from inception to finish.
  • Be able to work independently, under pressure and to deadlines.
Remuneration:
  • R10 000 xe2x80x93 R15 000 per month.
