Job Requirements
A Master's degree in Industrial Psychology.
A minimum of three years of teaching experience at a tertiary institution, or five years of professional experience in a relevant field.
A record of published academic work is essential. Registration as an Industrial Psychologist will be considered an added advantage.
Duties:
Deliver lectures in Industrial Psychology within the Department of Human Resource Management and Labour Relations. Supervise postgraduate students in their academic research and studies. Conduct original research and contribute to scholarly publications, including journal articles and book chapters. * Participate actively in the University's community engagement and outreach programmes.
