Job Description
Lecturer, General Education (2 Post - 1 for DBN and 1 for PMB)
Minimum Requirements:
- A Masters Degree in Humanities or Social Sciences with majors in Industrial Psychology, Criminology or Philosophy. However, a candidate with a PhD would be given preference.
- At least 3 years higher education teaching
- Good communication and facilitation skills especially in large
- Innovative and contexualised thinking towards transformative education, learning, teaching and assessment.
- Good understanding of Integrative AI tools will be an added advantage
- Experience in using learning management systems in learning and teaching
- Evidence of research publications and/or conference attendance
- Management of all matters relating to learning, teaching and assessment for Institutional General Education Modules.
- Engage in development of curricula for Institution General Education
- Actively involved in research in the
- Work actively in teams to contribute to the Centers overall teaching and learning experience
- Other duties as per profile and assigned by HOD
