Leasing Officer (Heavy Machinery) - Kempton Park - Salary R48 000 to R50 000 p/m CTC
We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Officer to manage the full leasing cycle of construction and heavy equipment from sourcing and contract administration to client relationship management and asset performance.
In this role, you'll oversee leasing operations for excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders, and cranes, ensuring profitability, compliance, and efficient asset utilization.
What are we looking for:
3 to 5 years of experience in equipment leasing or construction machinery
Strong knowledge of leasing contracts and asset lifecycle management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client service skills
Financial literacy with the ability to analyze profitability and utilization data
Proficient in MS Office and leasing management systems
Key focus areas:
End-to-end leasing operations and documentation
Client relationship management and retention
Financial performance and cost recovery
Market research and business development
