Our proprietary SaaS platform enables clients to track lease, well, and contract data through a GIS-based mapping system powered by advanced location technology. Backed by a values-driven investment firm focused on long-term growth and stakeholder impact, we combine modern tools with boots-on-the-ground service.
Who We're Looking For
You're a skilled communicator who sounds natural, respectful, and sharp on the phone. You likely have a background in sales, customer service, or outreach, and you know how to build rapport quickly -- not through a script, but through tone and timing. You speak strong, fluent English with a neutral or Western-leaning accent, and you can connect with rural Americans in a way that feels genuine and relatable.
No oil & gas experience? No problem -- we'll train you. What matters most is voice credibility, sales instincts, and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
Call mineral owners across the U.S. to present lease offers (training provided)
Build trust quickly with landowners through calm, clear, professional conversation
Answer questions, overcome objections, and explain lease basics in simple terms
Manage a daily outreach list and log call notes, follow-ups, and signed leases
Coordinate with our Land Operations team to submit completed documents and track progress
What You Bring
Excellent spoken English -- clear, confident, and natural (no telemarketing delivery)
2+ years in sales, customer engagement, inside sales, or outbound calling
Ability to manage your own workload and meet performance goals
Basic tech skills: email, spreadsheets, document management
Strong listening and note-taking skills
Bonus if You Have:
Familiarity with U.S. property, legal, or real estate terminology
Experience selling high-trust services (e.g. insurance, financial services)
Experience calling U.S.-based customers
