This role is based in the Cape Town office.Responsibilities: * Read / comprehend contract documents and invoices

• xc2xb7 Conduct data entry into relevant MRI software
• xc2xb7 Flag items requiring additional information to follow up with client stakeholders
• xc2xb7 Knowledge of MRI Occupier software is a plus
• xc2xb7 Actioning Client rents

Experience:

• xc2xb7 1-2 years of related professional experience
• xc2xb7 Experience reading and abstracting real estate leases
• xc2xb7 Experience with MRI Occupier software is a plus but not essential (Horizon / Prolease / etc)
• xc2xb7 Billing experience
• xc2xb7 Action Reconciliations

Skills:

• xc2xb7 Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must, another European language is a plus
• xc2xb7 Strong analytical skills
• xc2xb7 Strong interpersonal and organization skills
• xc2xb7 Customer service and team orientation with ability to adapt to changing environment
• xc2xb7 Priority setting, organization, and time-management skills
• xc2xb7 Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and technology applications
