Clover has a great opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated L&D Content Design Manager to join their Human Resource team. The successful individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and impactful learning content and experiences.



This role focuses on instructional design, e-learning development, face to face and multimedia content creation to support organizational capability-building initiatives. The L&D Content Design Manager will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and business stakeholders to create innovative and learner-centric solutions that enhance knowledge transfer and skill development.

Minimum Requirements






Degree Business English: Fluent Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques andprocesses at the required level Computer literacy (Advanced) Experience in working with senior management.

Duties and Responsibilities






Content Design & Development




Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, job aids, learning paths and outcomes and facilitator guides. Create interactive and engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. Ensure all learning content aligns with business needs, learning objectives, and corporate branding.

E-Learning & Digital Learning Solutions




Develop and implement e-learning courses using learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools. Incorporate multimedia elements (animations, simulations, interactive activities) to enhance learner engagement. Ensure digital learning solutions are mobile-friendly and accessible.

Learning Needs Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration



Partner with business leaders, SMEs, and HR teams to conduct learning needs assessments gaps. Recommend innovative and effective learning solutions to address skills gaps. Ensure content is tailored to different learning styles and preferences.

Learning Evaluation & Continuous Improvement.




Use feedback mechanisms, assessments, and learning analytics to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Continuously improve learning materials based on learner feedback and performance data. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning design and technology. Ensure all learning content meets compliance, legal, and organisational standards. Maintain documentation and version control of training materials.

Competency Management.




Manage the job profiling processes and evaluation. Develop and execute on Competency framework. * Map competencies to positions.
