To provide structural work-based learning on a rotational basis amongst various departments within the business.
Exposure to a theoretical learning with a practical workplace experience.
Leading to a recognized qualification as well as skills and knowledge.
Key Accountabilities:
Ideally no previous professional work experience.
Attend all required training sessions.
Shadow experienced professionals to gain on job knowledge.
Assist with day-to-day departmental tasks and administrative support, not limited to;
General administration
Answering and operating the call system
Boardroom coordination and upkeep
Filing/sorting
Coordination of travel bookings
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
Job Context
An exposure on the work-based learning program that combines theoretical training with practical workplace experience, leading to a formal qualification.
Minimum Requirement
Matric or Grade12
Currently unemployed and not enrolled with SETA funded programmes
Computer proficiency/ literacy
Committed to the full duration of the programme
