Job Description
The Corporate Financial Learner serves as a Bayport brand ambassador responsible for engaging employees across corporates, municipalities, and institutions to enhance financial wellbeing through tailored money solutions. The role focuses on achieving operational performance targets, ensuring policy and quality adherence, and promoting financial literacy in support of Bayport's payroll partnerships. It further contributes to business growth by delivering excellent customer experiences, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with all internal and regulatory standards.
EDUCATION
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric Qualification or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- No experience required
- Drivers Licence
- Currently unemployed, and not enrolled or attending an educational institution, as at date of application.
- Between the ages of 18-35
- South African Citizen
- Must be willing to complete an NQF Level 5 qualification, funded by Bayport through BANKSETA
- Passion and desire to assist people in financial distress.
