Learing & Development Specialist HR / Recruitment / Training ~ Call Centre BPO
Durban - Kwa Zulu Natal - South Africa
We are looking for a Learning & Development specialist to consult, analyse, design, develop / source, co-ordinate and provide customised learning solutions for business units to build staff capability in line with current and future address current business needs.
The role also involves ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of learning interventions and
the implementation of organisation-wide L & D projects and initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree in Humanities /HR with relevant
accreditations, license to develop training solutions) at
a minimum where a Postgraduate Degree in Humanities
is advantageous.
- 8 years L&D experience at a minimum with 10 years L&D
- Sound understanding of learning and development
- Sound generalist human capital knowledge to be able to
- Knowledge of design and delivery methods
- Vendor management skills
- Relevant Human Capital systems knowledge -(advantageous)
- Governance, risk and compliance skills in the BPO space
- Financial services knowledge (advantageous)
- Knowledge of the full MS Office suite
- Learning strategy development
- Training material design, development and accreditation
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Accurate & timely administration, analytics and reporting
- Effective teamwork, selfmanagment and alignment with
