Your Role:

As the

Lead Specialist Safety Systems

, you will develop and implement best-in-class safety management practices, ensuring consistent core components across all assets. Continuously review and refine systems to empower asset-level ownership and drive sustainable safety excellence.
Standardise Safety Management Systems across all assets, Provide subject matter support on Safety management aspects to operational and functional teams Equip leaders with the tools and processes to take full ownership of safety at site level, and drive process compliance Support the development and maintenance of Critical risk controls to drive risk reduction Develop onboarding & induction materials to build safety capacity, Support change management with a focus on people & technical risks.

What You Bring:

Relevant qualifications in safety management, Extensive industry experience (international exposure highly regarded), Proven leadership in safety & risk within resources sector, Strong collaboration skills--ability to work across diverse teams, and, Strategic execution mindset--translating vision into action.
