To synthesize, mature Engineering Practices (Software -; Quality -; Change & Release; DEVOPS) across Portfolio delivery teams (2 teams - 5 to 12 team members). To work closely with RTE and Scrum Master providing relevant Enterprise Engineering knowledge, standards, best practices and governance to the table.Qualifications

• Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology or related
• 8-10 Years' proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment with minimum of 3 years experience as a senior manager running a portfolio of 10+ technical experts
• 10+ Years' experience in full lifecycle design and development covering solution design, application design, development, testing and maintenance, network software, operating systems, multi-tier environments, desktop and workgroup software, middleware, server technology, fault tolerant environments, development tools.
• 10+ Years' experience dealing with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including senior executives and working with cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and teamwork
• Knowledge of or exposure to GenAI, Microsoft Azure and Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be advantageous.
