To shape, plan, lead Portfolio delivery providing expert Enterprise Engineering skill and knowledge, formulating and directing system capabilities roadmap, priorities, resources ensuring solutions are developed, maintained to standards and best practices. To synthesize, mature Engineering Practices (Software -; Quality -; Change & Release; DEVOPS) across Portfolio delivery teams (2 teams - 5 to 12 team members). To work closely with RTE and Scrum Master providing relevant Enterprise Engineering knowledge, standards, best practices and governance to the table.
Qualifications
Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology or related
8-10 Years' proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment with minimum of 3 years experience as a senior manager running a portfolio of 10+ technical experts
10+ Years' experience in full lifecycle design and development covering solution design, application design, development, testing and maintenance, network software, operating systems, multi-tier environments, desktop and workgroup software, middleware, server technology, fault tolerant environments, development tools.
10+ Years' experience dealing with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including senior executives and working with cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and teamwork
Knowledge of or exposure to GenAI, Microsoft Azure and Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be advantageous.
