Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Lead and build new product lines in healthcare using reinforcement learning and LLMs.
Extend and maintain existing web apps for clinical users and patients.
Integrate with third-party APIs, including national EMR systems and e-prescribing services.
Iterate on proprietary algorithms to enhance patient care using graph traversal and ML.
Architect and deploy scalable ETL pipelines with clean data tokenization.
Contribute to deployment of deep learning training infrastructure.
Work directly with customers to understand pain points and rapidly deliver solutions.
Ship mission-critical features that directly save lives within the first few weeks.
Participate in hiring and scaling a high-performance engineering team.
Lead and own projects autonomously within a flat structure of elite engineers.
