What youaEUR(TM)ll do:
Leading the Development Process

• Work with and direct the teamaEUR(TM)s software engineers in setting the standards for coding, testing and software quality.
• You will work closely with the Business Analysts (BAs) to ensure that BDD scenarios (Behaviour-Driven Development specifications) are handed over to the developers (engineers) smoothly and efficiently.
• Oversee and manage the scope, timeline, and goals for the delivery of working software.
• Oversee and provide support to production cutovers and migrations as required, including collaboration with the clientaEUR(TM)s operations team and their developers
• Lead the analysis and resolution of technical and application problems.

Supporting the Scrum Master

• Participate in and support backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, release planning, demos, and other Scrum related meetings.
• Provide clear reporting on the status of the scope, timeline, and progress for the delivery.

Providing Guidance and Mentoring

• Participate in and support backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, release planning, demos, and other Scrum related meetings.
• Provide clear reporting on the status of the scope, timeline, and progress for the delivery of working software in the prioritisation of bugs and defects.
• Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code.
• Provide technical leadership to the teamsaEUR(TM) software engineers through coaching and mentorship.
• Identify and encourage areas for growth, education, and development within the team.

Your expertise:

• A Lead Developer with at least 7 yearsaEUR(TM) experience in development with 2 years Technical Leadership experience with a combination of following skills:
• Must be strongly proficient in either React Native OR C#.NET, but had exposure to both technologies (ie, either be proficient in React Native with an intermediary level of .NET, or be proficient in .NET with some React Native
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend development
