Recruiting on behalf of our client (Fintech Industry)

Our client operates a financial technology platform that is revolutionising the way businesses access capital in the United States, with operations managed from South Africa. Traditional business financing can be slow, complex, and costly -- their platform changes this by using proprietary technology, deep industry expertise, and an ethical-first approach to deliver fast, transparent, and tailored funding solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Their offering is expanding beyond financing into receivables, payables, and embedded payments, giving businesses greater control over their cash flow.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Recruiter to join their growing team and help attract top talent as they scale their mission to redefine business financing. You'll play a crucial role in building diverse, high-performing sales teams. How You'll Make An Impact



Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales hires, ensuring candidates have a world-class experience Lead the hiring process for sales roles, establishing team needs, defining role requirements, and identifying the ideal candidate profile Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate the overall interview process Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and quality Support initiatives that enhance workplace culture and strengthen team engagement

Requirements



4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume sales hiring, ideally in a team lead or management role Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to find and engage passive candidates Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences Ability to understand the sales industry and identify traits of successful sales agents Ability to collaborate with other recruitment agencies to achieve shared hiring goals Ability to take the lead and manage the recruitment process independently HR experience is advantageous -- salary is negotiable for candidates with strong HR experience and background
