Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Stakeholder Management
- Programme Management (Extensive Senior Level)
- Manage People and Performance
- Manage resources
- Knowledge of ATM transactional processing
- Knowledge of POS transactional processing
- In-depth Understanding of Scheme rules for the card industry
- In-depth understanding of Cards issuing industry
- In-depth knowledge of scheme settlement processing
- Good understanding of project life cycle and delivery governance
- Be able to review, request and drive Patch Management
- System vulnerability and back up management
- Be able to review, request and drive changes for Scheme mandates
- Good at incident management and tracking of SLA with Vendors
- Good at stakeholder management for Incidents and changes
- Good and in-depth knowledge of PCI-DSS rules
- Well versed and good understanding of networks and firewalls
- Solid experience in following operating systems
- Linux
- Windows
- Solid experience in middleware technologies
- Jboss
- Websphere
- MQ
- Knowledge in database technologies
- Oracle
- Postgres
- Be able to generate own scripting for data extracts and changes to schedulers
- Preferable to have knowledge and experience with Wade Scheduler
- Preferable to have knowledge and experience with MFT
- Solid experience in configuring virtual environments across various technologies
