Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mechanical engineering design and execution of projects from concept through to completion.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables meet customer requirements and project OSBIT objectives.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and problem-solving to support project delivery.
- Maintain compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and company procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within the Mining, Oil & Gas, Mineral Processing, or Heavy Engineering sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership and project execution skills.
- Strong customer focus and ability to deliver on OSBIT principles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Professional registration or eligibility to register will be advantageous.
