Purpose of the Role
The Lead Mechanical Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for all mechanical engineering activities within mining projects. The role ensures alignment with project objectives, industry best practices, regulatory frameworks, and Fluor's execution standards while supporting seamless cross-disciplinary integration and high-quality project delivery.
