Title Lead Marketing



JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for Altron HealthTech, with a huge emphasis to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital channels.

Responsible for translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies and how the Altron HealthTech brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumer insights.

Responsible for managing the development of all internal and external communications and marketing activities within Altron HealthTech across all relevant platforms (intranet, newsletter, websites, social media, events etc.) to ensure a successful strategic brand repositioning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, in conjunction with the relevant Management Team to Evolve brand campaigns across the AHT market to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Research, analyse, and monitor financial, technological, category and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized
  • Evaluate market reaction to advertising programs, merchandising programs, product packaging and formulation to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Interacts with cross-functional departments to influence and implement brand plans which include new products, product extensions and promotions.
  • Identify new products approaches by conducting competitive SWOT analysis to create a market advantage.
  • Recommend advertising vehicles, work with writers, SME for thought leadership and artists, and oversee copywriting, design, layout and production of promotional materials.
  • Provides the link between marketing and the various business stakeholders to drive marketing content, though leadership, website content and campaigns, social media content
  • Acts as the in-house expert and advocate for assigned customer segment and for the Marketing Team.
  • Manage the development and implementation of the go-to-market strategy for Altron HealthTech
  • Develop strategic, measurable marketing initiatives and campaigns based upon identified trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists (assets, content, website, campaigns, events, and production) to ensure program execution meets business unit needs.
  • Work with the communications team (internal/external, public relations and social media) to assist with promotion, media pitches, strategy discussions and alignment of SMEs (subject matter experts)
  • Researching, writing, and editing content for digital media including but not limited to online social and collaborative spaces, newsletters, videos, infographics, white papers, case studies, journey maps, blog posts, website content, and more.
  • Collaborating with design, digital, search and other teams to develop compelling, often unexpected, content plans.
  • Transforming technical information into captivating, engaging, and effective content
  • Plan and execute all marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Track significant client success stories, new client wins and partnership activities.
  • Manage the execution of initiatives within the segment marketing plan with cross-functional teams.
  • Solicit feedback from business unit leadership, sales teams and marketing strategists.
  • Stay current on market trends, influencer perspectives, analyst reports and competitive landscape
  • Understands the key drivers and needs of assigned customer segment(s).
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Work with AHT Team Leads to identify and understand the needs of healthcare professionals and patients in the regions we serve.
  • Manage strategic projects across the marketing delivery team, this includes extensive stakeholder management, project management and budget responsibilities.
  • Interacts and strategises with the other team members to develop, design and implement internal campaigns, as well as leverage off ideas across the business units.
  • Collaborate with the Human Capital team to provide innovative ideas on employee engagement to ensure brand internalisation
  • Leverage marketing and communication platforms for employee engagement and messages.
  • Develop messages for Human Capital interventions such as to enable awareness, understanding and acceptance of the relevant interventions or initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to the Altron Corporate Identity, communications and other marketing guidelines.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities and projects of the marketing team members to carry out the implementation of the marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
External Parties and Relationship Management
  • Develop and forge relationships between cross functional teams with emphasis on the relationship between the business unit stakeholders.
  • Oversee relationship with service providers and ensure all the services are delivered properly, evaluate the performance of consultants and report any deviations to the relevant department for any corrective actions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in marketing and branding or equivalent
Years of Experience
  • 5 - 10 years of progressive, professional experience within the marketing and/or branding environment
  • 5+ years Working knowledge of digital marketing and communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS).
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably from a technology marketing environment.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Technology Product experience or other experience working with directly multi-disciplinary teams preferred.
  • Strong understanding of growth frameworks.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
