Join us at Network Engineering as our Lead Hardware Development Engineer and help us build the brains behind high-end aerospace systems.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the design of next-gen hardware for flight control units, avionics computers, and more
- Translate technical requirements into real-world solutions that work--on the ground and in the air
- Work closely with clients, engineers, and production teams from start to finish
- Own everything from architecture to integration to testing and sign-off
- Be the go-to person for systems-level thinking and aerospace compliance
- Travel for on-site support, ground and flight testing
- BEng/BSc in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering (MEng/MSc is a bonus)
- 8-15 years of relevant experience (you've been around the PCB block)
- Proficiency in Altium, digital/analogue circuit design, and system-level hardware development
- Strong communicator who can break down complex concepts for anyone--techie or not
- Skilled in project management and leading cross-functional teams
- PCIe, SATA, Gigabit Ethernet, high-speed routing? You speak our language
- Experience with RTCA DO-254 or similar aerospace standards
- Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach
