Job Summary We're Looking for a Lead Generator to Join our team Support top-performing Property Practitioners in one of South Africa's most premium real estate markets. We're looking for a highly organised, proactive individual with strong communication skills in both English and Afrikaans. This role blends administrative precision with confident client engagement - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. Randpark Ridge ZAR Basic Salary + Incentive Structure Your Role Includes Managing calendars, appointments, and follow-ups Calling and messaging potential clients lead generation Keeping operations smooth and focused so the Property Practitioner can stay client-facing You're a Great Fit If You Communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans Have call-centre or telephonic sales experience Are confident on the phone and enjoy building rapport Have experience in premium markets or a background in real estate (advantageous but not essential) Are detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive under pressure Must be able to navigate CRM systems, email and other computer programmes. Must live in proximity to Randpark Ridge (Essential) The Offer Basic Salary + Incentive structure.
