You'll be responsible for researching potential plaintiffs, developing creative messaging, and continuously refining approaches to improve response rates. This is not a phone-based sales role, but rather a strategic marketing position requiring strong written communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Identify and research potential plaintiffs and class representatives through strategic targeting and audience analysis Execute written outreach campaigns across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Reddit, and email to generate qualified leads Develop and propose creative marketing strategies and messaging tailored to specific audiences and case types Take full ownership of marketing initiatives from conceptualization through execution and performance tracking Continuously test and refine outreach approaches to optimize response rates and improve campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Candidate must have demonstrable professional experience in marketing outreach, lead generation, or growth-focused marketing at a mid-senior career level. Candidate must have proven experience conducting written outreach through email, platform messaging, and InMail communication channels. Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in using professional networking platforms like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and Reddit for prospecting and targeted outreach. Candidate must have documented experience in researching and identifying precise target audiences for marketing campaigns. Candidate must show a track record of independently creating and executing comprehensive outreach campaigns and marketing strategies. Candidate must have experience in systematically mining professional platforms to source and qualify prospects aligned with specific campaign objectives. Candidate must exhibit strong capability in screening and qualifying potential leads before transferring them to subsequent stages. Candidate must be able to work effectively in a remote professional environment with minimal direct supervision. Candidate must demonstrate consistent creativity and proactive strategic thinking, capable of proposing innovative marketing approaches without requiring extensive guidance.
