Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support outbound calling and appointment setting for our business development efforts in the US financial market. This is a phone-first, cold-calling role where your primary responsibility is to engage with prospects, introduce our finance and investment products, and schedule follow-up conversations with senior team members.
If you are confident on the phone, comfortable handling rejection, and enjoy initiating professional conversations, this role is a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Make outbound cold calls to business prospects in the US financial market from a provided contact list
Deliver a concise and professional introduction of our finance and investment offerings
Identify interest and qualify prospects for follow-up discussions
Schedule meetings or calls with senior stakeholders
Accurately record call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM
Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to live conversations
Handle objections calmly and professionally
Share feedback from calls to support refinement of messaging and outreach strategy
Core Qualifications and Competencies:
Prior experience in the US financial market is highly preferred
Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone
Resilient and able to manage rejection positively and professionally
Clear communicator with a confident and professional tone
Organized, reliable, and open to feedback and coaching
Prior experience in cold calling, tele-sales, or lead generation is beneficial but not required
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in B2B calling or appointment setting, especially for financial or investment products
Familiarity with CRM systems or call-tracking tools
Exposure to professional services or regulated industries, particularly in finance
