About the Role:

We're launching a targeted

outbound campaign

focused on promoting energy-efficient loft insulation. You'll play a key role in identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls and messages to homeowners and landlords across the UK Educate prospects on the benefits of loft insulation (cost savings, energy efficiency, government grants, etc.) Qualify leads based on eligibility criteria and interest level Hand off warm leads to the sales/assessment team Keep detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools
What You Bring:

Clear, confident phone manner and strong interpersonal skills Experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation (preferred) Understanding of energy efficiency or home improvement services (a plus, but not required) Resilience, motivation, and ability to hit weekly lead targets Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely (if applicable)
