Job responsibilities * Generate quality life insurance leads through outbound customer interactions
- Provide customers with sufficient information to make an informed decision to move forward for a formal quote
- Respond to customer questions and queries with confidence and in line with the policy information
- Build healthy rapport with the customer, building confidence in the process
- Updating the relevant CRMs with accurate data required to progress the customer through to the next stage
- Respond in line with policy to any customer objections, building trust with the customer during the conversation
- Monitor lead allocation in line with conversation rates
- Adherence to quality standards and compliance regulations
- 1-year outbound sales/ lead generation experience (preferability in a financial services environment
- Matric or NQF 4 equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
