Job responsibilities * Generate quality life insurance leads through outbound customer interactions

  • Provide customers with sufficient information to make an informed decision to move forward for a formal quote
  • Respond to customer questions and queries with confidence and in line with the policy information
  • Build healthy rapport with the customer, building confidence in the process
  • Updating the relevant CRMs with accurate data required to progress the customer through to the next stage
  • Respond in line with policy to any customer objections, building trust with the customer during the conversation
  • Monitor lead allocation in line with conversation rates
  • Adherence to quality standards and compliance regulations
Minimum Requirements
  • 1-year outbound sales/ lead generation experience (preferability in a financial services environment
  • Matric or NQF 4 equivalent
