What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll lead end-to-end software development across modern full stack technologies, guiding solution designs, building proof of concepts, and delivering high-performing production code. Working closely with stakeholders and initiative managers, you'll break down user stories into actionable work, mentor development squads, and contribute to architecture decisions. Expect to iterate quickly, deploy daily, and support your code in production - all in a fast-paced, DevSecOps-driven SaaS environment.
Where you'll be doing it You'll be joining a successful and fast-growing UK-based SaaS provider making waves in the B2B sales and marketing space. Our client has a track record of innovation, known for its high-performing tech teams and agile culture. While you'll start remotely, the organisation is actively expanding into South Africa, with plans to open their Cape Town office. It's a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where your impact will be visible and valued.
What you'll need You bring 10+ years of full stack experience with deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript (5+ years), and have worked with modern stacks like NodeJS, Vue, Redis, SQL Server, and Snowflake. You're experienced in system design, domain modelling, clean code, and SOLID principles. You've built scalable SaaS platforms, understand CI/CD, and deploy confidently in AWS. A technical degree or equivalent experience is essential, along with a passion for security, automation, and AI-driven development.
