As a Lead Civil Engineer at our client, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects and leading a team of skilled professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of various civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage a team of civil engineers, drafters, and technicians to deliver projects from concept to completion.
• Design Oversight: Provide technical expertise in the planning and design phases of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Client Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and precision of project deliverables.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to optimize efficiency and meet project goals.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, adopt new technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
