Lead Electrical Design Engineer
Job Description
Lead and motivate a team of engineers and designers
Run end-to-end design reviews and ensure seamless cross-functional alignment
Own CAD design tasks (3D modeling + 2D drawings)
Keep production humming and projects on target
Travel globally for hands-on collaboration when neededSkills & Experience:
Minimum 15+ years in design (wiring design experience = major plus)
Leadership that inspires trust, creativity, and accountability
Strong organizational instincts and planning precision
Pro-level skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPointQualification:
