• Drive the implementation of enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy aligned with business priorities.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Experience:

• 8+ years in data, analytics, or technology roles within banking, telecommunications, or insurance.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven success in bridging business and technology for enterprise-wide data delivery.
• Skills:

• Strong technical expertise in Azure Synapse, SQL, and data integration platforms.
• Knowledge of South African data governance and compliance regulations.
• Non-Negotiables:

• Demonstrated ability to execute analytics use cases and lead data governance frameworks.
