Job Summary
To lead the support and maintenance of business solutions, including ERP, Operational Technology, Enterprise Data Services, and other critical systems, to drive business value, improve operational efficiency, and enable strategic growth. This role ensures alignment with organizational objectives, effective utilization of technology and resources, high-quality service levels, minimal system downtime, and optimal resource utilization
Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Information Systems Technology (Essential/Minimum)

• BSc (Hons) Relevant (Essential/Minimum)

• Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)

• Certificate ITIL Foundation (Essential/Minimum)

• COBIT 5 Foundation (Recommended/Desirable)

Experience

• Relevant experience in Information Technology solution design and delivery, preferably in a diverse set of roles (e.g. programmer, business analyst, architect, project manager) with proven business aptitude in one or more relevant business area (e.g. Plant, Mining, Business Intelligence)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on business solutions, Software Development Life Cycle, ERP systems, and operational technology.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and programs, with a strong track record of delivery.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.

• Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and systems, with experience in identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Experience with SAP solutions, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.

• Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, COBIT. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
