The Lexe2x80x99Cubs Academy is a 12-month program that used to support graduates in finding their way in the Creative world through on the job training and experience and further learnings initiatives.



As part of a global Groupe that creates through the line advertising campaigns for some of the most known brands, we are looking for highly motivated and creative graduate looking to be an Art Direction Fundi to join our growing team. Their area of focus is any visuals, design, layout and animation/video that accompany copy from a Copywriter.

• Be part Roll out creative concepts across a number of mediums including digital.
• Mock-up of design ideas across a number of elements.
• Create digital and social media content.
• Create presentations and review with the Senior Creative.
• Adapt global work for a local audience visually.
• Be part of content and adaptations for localisation across campaigns.
• Manage large workloads efficiently and effectively.
• To work within a creative team, as a team player ready to take on any project that may come into the creative studio.
• To present work internally and externally in a clear and professional manner

Qualifications

• Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Art Direction or design

(or a degree in communication/design / fine art etc. that shows competent visual skills).

• Excellent written & verbal skills
• Amazing portfolio or relevant work
• Punctuality to work every day.
• Highly proactive and possess attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of creative platforms and trends in digital advertising
• A Can-do attitude is essential.
• A sound knowledge and excellent use of the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro
