Operate and execute the LCL hub and LCL Ocean network-including load planning and optimization-within the defined geographical regions.
Monitor export shipment accuracy by maintaining a 98% compliance rate with routing guides and country requirements.
Coordinate with CFS to ensure all consolidation containers are loaded within 24 hours of arrival, maximizing operational efficiency.
Ensure service and quality provided to the company's branches and agents consistently meet the company's standards, as measured by monthly service KPIs.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures (e.g., optimizing own consolidations or co-loading) to achieve cost efficiency benchmarks set by management.
Work with the LCL Hub Manager to achieve "Operational Excellence," measured by on-time departures and customer satisfaction scores, within the assigned regions.
Arrange exportation and re-exportation of LCL shipments from company branches to final destinations, ensuring 100% adherence to routing guide, sailing schedules, and country-specific requirements.
Manage general administrative functions, including:
Monitor carrier and vendor performance, including subcontractor warehouse acting as CFS, focusing on transit times, document accuracy, and timely invoicing (target: invoices processed within 48 hours of receipt).
Complete file reconciliation with zero discrepancies for all closed shipments.
Maintain accurate tracking and tracing records in the designated system, ensuring status updates are entered within 12 hours of shipment milestones.
Follow all country-specific rules and regulations, such as FMC and AMS compliance, with periodic audits for accuracy.
Ensure C1 data is correctly added for shipments from company agents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure local and trans-shipment cargo moves as booked, with a target of 99% on-time movement.
Coordinate loading of all consolidation containers with CFS, ensuring all loads are completed within agreed timeframes.
Keep sailing schedules current and communicate changes to all relevant parties within 24 hours.
Always follow the global routing guide and carrier policy.
Perform any other duties as required, supporting the continuous improvement of the LCL export process
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years of overall industry experience, with at least 1 year of experience handling LCL shipments
Solid understanding of NVOCC LCL business, including documentary requirements, CFS operations, and ground transportation
Prior experience with a global LCL carrier or forwarding/logistics company
