Job Description

Integrated/ESG/sustainability/annual reporting and stakeholder communication experience, with demonstrable experience in long-form design and layout (documents in excess of 100 pages). Minimum of five years experience in designing and setting integrated / ESG / sustainability /annual reports. This is non-negotiable and applicants should be able to demonstrate that.
Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
Accurate time management skills for on-time delivery of proofs
Ability to apply internal quality control to style and technical issues
Ability to liaise and work very closely with our Quality Control co-ordinator to accomplish the required end results based on initial design concepts
Be able to liaise with and provide advice regarding changes or other relevant suggestions
Working knowledge of print and production processes
Advanced-level PowerPoint skills
Ability to occasionally work overtime and irregular hours
Produce accurate and neat work (error-free)
Understand and be able to conceptualise and design infographics
Meet deadlines on projects
Have your own computer with Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to set up style sheets from raw design files for typesetting and proofing purposes
Setting up of different sections of corporate publications, specifically integrated, sustainability and annual reports
Typesetting of copy received from client or our copywriters into style sheets and design layout
Apply authors corrections and run proofs on time within tight turn-around times with 100% accuracy
Plot graphs and make changes to graphs
Maintain a filing system of layouts and other related documents and assist in the coordination of interdepartmental workflow
Do all finished art to make files print-ready
