Layout Automation Tester
Role Requirements
Qualifications: Diploma/Certificate in Software Testing, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field
ISTQB Foundation or equivalent
JavaScript/NodeJS knowledge (advantageous)
Exposure to Pitstop Pro, Enfocus Switch, CorelDRAW, Adobe Suite
Experience: 1+ years in testing, QA, or print production
Skills: Manual testing, defect logging, regression testing, file preparation for print, detail orientation, documentation, collaboration
Competencies: Analytical testing approach, curiosity, communication, continuous improvement mindset, reliability
Unique Work Conditions: 24-hour operation
Key Performance Areas
Execute test cases and report defects accurately
Deliver validated, error-free print-ready files
Collaborate effectively with engineers, artists, and QA team
Learn and upskill in automation tools and processes
Identify and escalate issues with recommendations
Replicate support issues for root cause analysis
