We are dedicated to delivering high-quality services and innovative solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Layer works Foreman to join our dynamic team.

As a Layer works Foreman, you will oversee and manage the layer works operation, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of workers, coordinate with site managers, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage layer works activities on site, including excavation, grading, and paving. Manage a team of employees, ensuring efficient and effective performance. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other site personnel to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Manage equipment and materials, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively. Conduct regular site inspection and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and maintain accurate records, including daily reports, timesheets, and material usage.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in layer works or a similar role in the construction industry. Proven track record of successfully managing layer works operation as a Layerworks Foreman Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment related to layer works. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
