Landscape Installation Manager
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Installation Manager to join our client, based in Fourways, Johannesburg. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role within our clients dynamic landscaping service provider, catering primarily to the esteemed golfing sector. As the Landscape Installation Manager your role involves leading and directing a team, delegating tasks related to projects overseen by the project manager, ensuring seamless operations.
Minium Requirements:

• High School (Matric) education is required.
• Possessing a Degree or Certification in project and/or construction management or a related field provides a valuable advantage.
• Vehicle and valid Driverxe2x80x99s License.
• Minium 3 to 5 years of experience as a landscape installation manager
• Expertise and practical experience in horticulture will be beneficial.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and supervision to employees during landscape installations.
• Ensure projects operate smoothly within allocated budgets, following procurement and landscape architect guidance.
• Collaborate closely with clients and contractors.
• Prepare progress reports and track work progress.
• Represent the company at various site and contractors' meetings.
• Plan and execute projects, ensuring compliance with SALI minimum landscaping standards.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records on inventory, weather data, maintenance procedures, pesticide applications, company policies, environmental policies, etc.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
