Creating maps, plans, and legal descriptions of land based on survey data.
Establishing and verifying property lines and boundaries for legal and construction purposes.
Assisting with the layout of building sites, roads, and other infrastructure.
Preparing reports, calculations, and cost estimates related to land surveys.
Researching legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify property boundaries.
Interacting with clients, providing survey information, and addressing their needs.
Managing survey projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
