Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Labourer to join our construction team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional team working on impactful construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Perform daily site tasks related to construction
- Follow and accurately execute instructions from the Maintenance and Construction Manager
- Support the team in achieving project milestones, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Monitor and report on progress and assist in resolving on-site issues
- A minimum of a matric certificate is required; a tertiary qualification will be considered an advantage
- Experience in construction site work is an advantage
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings
- Valid drivers license preferred
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude
- Team player with good communication skills
- Practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Punctual, organized, and safety conscious
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

- Your standard working hours will be 07:30 to 16:45, Monday to Thursday, and 07:30 to 12:30 on Fridays
