Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
Work experience
At least 5 years of experience in Labour Relations or Industrial Relations, specifically within the public sector or similar organisational settings.
Proven experience in collective bargaining, including negotiations at various forums such as sectoral bargaining councils, and dealing with matters related to terms and conditions of employment.
Experience in dispute resolution, including attending conciliations, mediations, and arbitrations in a variety of industrial relations matters.
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant labour laws (e.g., Labour Relations Act, Public Service Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act) and their application in collective bargaining and dispute resolution.
A valid driver's license
