We currently have an exciting position available for an Industrial Relations/Labour Consultant, to be based at our clients offices in Bellville.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You are responsible for inclusive of, but not limited to:
Retaining all clients as well as servicing clients in terms of all IR issues.
Attending to typical IR issues that can include the following:
- Chairing of disciplinary inquiries.
- Drafting of judgments for clients.
- Assisting with the issuing of warnings to ensure compliance.
- Drafting and implementation of policies.
- Representation at CCMA
- Strike Management.
- Retrenchments
Desired Experience & Qualification:
You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:
- B. Degree or equivalent in HR/IR/LLB or related field.
- More than 3 years experience in Industrial Relations.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Must be able to effectively function within a pressurized and fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle is essential.
- Must reside in the northern suburbs of Cape Town.
