Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions is looking for a Labour Administrator to join our Payroll team in KwaZulu-Natal. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that employee attendance, leave, and payroll data is accurate and up to date--helping us deliver a smooth and reliable payroll experience for our teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Keep daily records of employee attendance and leave using the PRP system.
  • Capture leave in advance and resolve payroll queries from various sites.
  • Check and verify temporary payroll and cost-to-company (CTC) data each month.
  • Submit corrections with the approved forms and approvals.
  • Monitor biometric clocking, track absenteeism, and arrange temporary replacements when needed.
  • Work with site teams to fix clocking issues and ensure accurate data.
  • Prepare monthly interim payrolls with all required documents and sign-offs.
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficient in Time and Attendance systems, preferably PRP and Honeycomb.
  • Ability to manage and interpret labour data across multiple sites.
  • Skilled in payroll data extraction, correction, and submission processes.
  • Familiarity with biometric clocking systems and troubleshooting device issues.
  • Competent in rostering, leave management, and temp assignment tracking.
Qualifications
  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience using PRP and Honeycomb systems (or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
