Job Summary Laboratory Technologist: Toxicology Summary: Performing urine drugs of abuse screening and confirmation testing via LC/MS Technology. Qualifications, Training, and skill requirements o B.Tech / ND in Laboratory / Medical Technology or related scientific disciplines o Registration with HPCSA as a Medical Technologist (Clinical Pathology discipline is preferred) o Minimum of 2 years' experience in a laboratory or medical setting. o Must have LC-MS/MS experience and working with LC/MS instrumentation This is a requirement. o Prior toxicology experience and familiarity with drug metabolism preferred.
