Minimum Requirements

Matric Certificate is preferred. Proven experience in a similar role would be beneficial. Knowledge of the industry and protocols. Experience in inventory software and databases. Certification is entirely voluntary but is highly recommended because it can increase opportunities for employment and career development

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with all stages of lens production, including cutting, shaping, and finishing. Prepare frames and lenses for assembly. Operate basic lab equipment (training provided). Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area and machinery. Check lenses and frames for quality before they are dispatched. Handle products carefully to avoid scratches, chips, or other damage. Report any equipment issues or defects to the Team Leader immediately. Support team members to ensure production deadlines are met
