IT Support Analyst

Level 2 technical support
and take ownership of individual projects, ensuring the smooth operation and customization of business-critical platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
Level 2 support
, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across various systems.
Manage and maintain
ServiceEngine (SE)
and
Assignment Management Pro (APRO)
platforms.
Configure and customize SE and APRO platforms for our UK-based clients using
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and T-SQL
.
Analyze system queries and deliver efficient problem resolutions.
Perform ad hoc maintenance and technical support tasks.
Develop and maintain up-to-date
technical documentation
, including design specs, user guides, and release notes.
Collaborate closely with support analysts and other stakeholders to resolve tickets promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
3+ years' experience
in a similar technical support or system analyst role
Proficient in
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and T-SQL
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in
English
(spoken and written)
Basic understanding of
APIs
and
data mapping
Experience with
ServiceEngine (SE)
Experience with
APRO
systems
