Boost works in the Adult Social Care sector in the UK and is on a mission to provide the right information, to the right people, at the right time, enabling all staff working in the sector to provide high quality care to those we care about. We're building an ecosystem of connected compliance software - starting with Learning and Policy documents. We're rebuilding and reimagining the way care staff learn and have access to the information they need to do their job. We've built our first set of products and are now starting to scale these up and expand our product line.
About the role
We're looking for an entrepreneurial software engineer who will work with our small tech team as the second software engineer. You'll help us build Boost, working on new products and features, and prepare to take the product to our next wave of customers.
The L1 role is aimed at someone who has limited experience building in a production environment, but is still a high level software engineer - you've got solid software development skills and are ready and excited to learn how to put them to use in production software.
The L2 role is aimed at someone who has a track record of designing, building, and shipping great software. You've learnt how to execute on the full software development lifecycle - scoping, architecting, designing, implementing, testing, and iterating. You'll work with the rest of the team to bring the product vision to life.
This is a full-stack, software engineering role with the added ownership of working in a small team - you will get involved in everything related to the tech side of Boost and will play a huge role in building the product.
