We are currently seeking a Junior/Mid-Level IT Technician to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. If you have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and are eager to grow in the IT field, we want to hear from you!
As a Junior/Mid-Level IT Technician, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to our clients. This position is ideal for individuals with some IT experience who are looking to further develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


Minimum Requirements:
Relevant IT qualifications or certifications are a plus
2-4 years of IT support experience preferred
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Customer-focused and dedicated to providing exceptional service
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Proximity to Cape Town for on-site support when required

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and offer timely resolutions
Assist with the setup and configuration of computer systems and peripherals
Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
Install and configure software applications and updates
Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical issues
Document all service requests and resolutions accurately
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices
